June 26-27, 2021

The "Fifth Information Revolution" gave birth to the digital economy and promoted digital industrialization and industrial digitization. Industrial digitization has greatly improved production efficiency through the integration of digital technology and traditional industries. Its applications include industrial Internet, smart manufacturing, platform economy, etc. Digital industrialization provides the technologies, products and value-added services required for the development of the digital economy, including big data, cloud computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. Digital economy also has impact on international trade. Trade digitization can improve the coordination capabilities of global value chains, reduce information asymmetry, and reduce transaction costs. The digital economy has gradually become an important part of the global economy. In response to the uncertainty of the global economy, we hope to explore how the digital economy can effectively reshape economic activities and provide new growth opportunities.

The Asia-Pacific Applied Economics Association, Xi’an Jiaotong University, School of Economics and Finance and Collaborative innovation center of Western cultural and creative industries are pleased to jointly host the inaugural international conference on industrial economics and trade.
